The latest beer is a real white madness. Full-bodied and dense with additions of white fruit, white chocolate and vanilla. Acidified and fermented with Philly Sour yeast, and to break the sweetness derived from lactose. Over 35% of the beer is fruit, and it was brewed for the Beer Geek Madness festival.
