Stu Mostów – Balanced Glance – NEIPA

A juicy, hazy New England IPA with a bold malt base featuring the exceptional English malt – Golden Promise, known for its distinctively cookie-like and creamy character. The whirlpool was packed with Citra Incognito, enhancing the hop aroma and flavor. For dry hopping, we’ve selected Galaxy, Motueka, and Citra in the form of Spectrum hop extract, which minimizes green matter during dry hopping, resulting in a smoother, less bitter finish.
