Stu Mostów – ART+79 – Philly Pastry Smoothie Orange, Mango Sour

Another collaboration with friends from Funky Fluid resulted in a thick and sweet smoothie sour with the addition of orange, mango, and vanilla, inspired by the famous Orange Popsicle ice creams. In addition to pilsner malt, wheat malt, oats, and unfermentable sugars were used. For souring, the favorite Philly Sour yeast was utilized. After fermentation, over 40% fruit was added.
