Maryensztadt x Syberia – Apricot Storm – Saison z Morelami

Polish collaboration. When Maryensztadt came to town, we set our minds on a different kind of fruited beer. Knowing that apricot aroma is a challenge to capture, we decided to give it another dimension through expressive yeast. Apricot Storm is a fruited saison, where a dry, slightly tart body meets pleasantly fruity esters that enhance the elusive apricots. These, moreover, add an outstanding visual appeal to the beer – captivating juice-like colour nicely fits the smooth mouthfeel created by combining three different grains: barley, wheat and rye.
