Gipsy Hill – Urbanist (Imperial Fruited Sour)

This sour has had the works thrown at it and then some! Soured on our house lacto strain and hit with the Brut enzyme for a light, dry an effervescent finish. Jammed full of honeyberries, raspberries and blackberries building body and an incredible purple hue.
