Funky Fluid – Yuzually – Tart Triple NEIPA

In this Triple New England IPA we went with Talus hop variety, which brought it’s usual bag of tricks: fruity notes of tangerine and grapefruit with a hint of wood, and we amplified the effect by adding exotic citrus fruit: yuzu and calamansi. Gently sour, but mighty refeshing.
